A little bit about me…

I’m a creative writer working in literary fiction and nonfiction. My work has been published in the Huffington Post, and is forthcoming in faultline and The Rambling.

In 2021, my nonfiction essay was a finalist for The Sewanee Review's Fiction, Poetry & Nonfiction Contest judged by Stephanie Danler, and my memoir-in-progress, Medium Pretty, was nominated for the Allegra Johnson Writing Prize. This year, my work was an Honorable Mention for the Fish Anthology's Short Memoir Prize. Two of my original short screenplays were shown at HBO's Outfest and the Chicago International Film Festival. I'm a graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. I attended the Kenyon Review Writer’s Workshop in Gambier, Ohio and it was one of the happiest weeks of my life.

I live with my husband in Southern California, where I work remotely as a content writer and manager for a wellness company. Learn more about my copywriting here.
